The Fraternal Financial Leaders Conference, sponsored by NAFIC, is a unique event that brings together top Fraternal Agents and industry leaders from societies across the U.S. and Canada for education, professional development, networking, and fun.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS



  • INSTALLATION
    Exhibitor set-up is available Wednesday morning, September 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the exhibit area.
  • EXHIBITION HOURS
  • Wednesday, September 24: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 25: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 26: Optional — Exhibitors may display 7:00 a.m. through the start of the morning session.


  • TEAR DOWN
    Exhibitors may tear down after the start of Friday’s conference session. All displays must be fully removed by 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 26.
  • PAYMENT
    All exhibitor fees must be paid in full by September 1, 2025.
  • REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
    NAFIC reserves the right to cancel any exhibitor’s space for non-compliance with these terms or for non-payment. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded.
  • TABLE ASSIGNMENT
    NAFIC reserves the right to alter table/booth locations at its sole discretion, if needed for the benefit of the show or to separate competitors.
  • TABLE SPECIFICATIONS
    Exhibitor fee includes one skirted table and two chairs. Electrical access is not guaranteed.
  • CARE OF SPACE
    Exhibitors must not damage, mar, or deface the venue property. Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their employees, or their representatives.
  • LIABILITY
    Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAFIC and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims arising out of their participation, unless injury or damage is proven to be caused solely by the active negligence of NAFIC or its representatives.
  • REGISTRATION & BADGES
    Exhibitor badges will be provided and must be worn for access to the exhibit area and conference sessions.
  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & REGULATIONS
    Exhibitors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as any venue-specific policies or requirements.
