The conference group rate is $189 per night, and the room block is available through August 24, 2026, subject to availability.

Conference registration is available online. Attendees are encouraged to register early and make hotel arrangements well before September.

If you signed up, breakfast begins at 7:30 AM and the workshop starts at 8:00 AM.
Conference check-in begins Wednesday, September 23 at 11:00 AM.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the event start date will incur a $100 non-refundable fee to cover fixed event costs.
